Mike Bergin is an industry veteran with 39 years of experience, the last 24 of them spent as an independent branch owner. Mike began his financial services career in 1985, and was responsible for building and running successful branch offices and multi-office regions for a number of national brokerage firms before transitioning to the Independent Broker-Dealer/Investment Advisory Model.
Before starting his career, he earned a B.A. in Industrial Relations with a minor in Business from LeMoyne College. He then received a certification for completing the Securities Industry Association at the Wharton School’s Leadership Institute for Branch Managers.
Since starting his independent branch office in 2002, Mike has enjoyed providing a great branch environment and working daily with exceptional people. He works closely with the staff to unburden the branch advisors from the time-consuming, unproductive “stuff” that steals their focus and slows them down. Whatever direction our advisors want to take their business, be it brokerage, advisory, insurance, or all three, Mike's practice is ready to facilitate and support that business.
